My 360 degrees panoramas can now also be published on Facebook. For publishing on the web the panorama consists of a folder of images, an html file, JavaScript and Flash, so that cannot simply be published on Facebook. However, Facebook has introduced a system where single file panorama jpeg photos are recognized (if they contain the proper metadata) and displayed as 360 degrees panorama. The only limitation is that they do not auto-rotate. The viewer has to rotate them with the mouse. If you view the panorama on an iPhone or iPad, you can use a very neat feature where moving the device around will rotate the panorama, as if you are looking at the scene through the screen of the iDevice.

Take a look at my Facebook page to see some examples. https://www.facebook.com/JohanWElzenga/
