Red mask in Lightroom

If you are using the Adjustment Brush in Lightroom to make a local adjustment, you can show the mask rather than the effect of the brush by pressing the O-key. That is a nice option to see if you missed something, but if you press this key by mistake and do not know this ‘undocumented feature’, it can be very hard to find out what is going wrong!
